So I buy this Ruby on eBay, Not a great deal but OK, it arrives and is as described. After work one nite last week we laid some track on a big table and fire in the hole. Well it runs, wheels in the air but not on the track, it seems there are 2 relief valves on the tank and watter really blows out the front one. I downloaded the instructions from the site and followed them to the T but I don’t think there should be 2 valves. The instructions show 1 and a cap. Ideas? TIA
