Hi all . . hav a look -see at this . . .
As with all newspaper reports there are one or two minor discrepancies but it is a pretty good report. I have seen Tornado a couple of times when she visited my Heritage railway. She is due here again - hopefully if all goes well - on Sundays in July and early August. I will be there to see her again.
…There must be at least a dozen NEW steam locos building in the UK…
If anyone is interested in seeing the Peppercorn Tornado is action:

You are right they have re-loaded part 3 as 4. Oops
Don’t knock the BBC to much Vic. Remember we pay a non negociable licence fee in the UK to ensure the BBC is properly funded to make a range of programs TV and Radio that you can sometimes pick up for free when made available like this via BBC’s “Worldwide” for profit operation. Pity BBC’s iPlayer blocks those outside UK (or without link to a proxy server, hint) to all of its excellent output. Search for it as Series 13 part 1. Long may the BBC, survive despite the best efforts of those such as R Murdoch (Fox) and others with a vested interest in its demise. Right, that’s got that off my chest. Enjoy. Max.

See, someone recognizes the fact that steam is a proven technology.
