Thought I would introduce myself. I have been a railroad fan my whole life. Pop built us kids an American Flyer platform in the 1950’s. Later I set up my own HO and then N scale trains.
When my kids were young I got an LGB starter set for them, and me! I have been slowly collecting more LGB cars and engines. Now I have grandkids and thought I better set up a place to run these big trains. My Christmas train has a car for each grandchild, the year they were born.

Hi Fred, I am in S.E. Pennsylvania, about 35 miles (56 kilometers) west of Philadelphia. The second stage of the railroad will go in another loop under the deck. The ground drops off so keeping the track close to level, there will be a trestle too.
