Here are a few pics from our new layout at RLD Hobbies. it is 120ft x 70ft its has 32ft curves (16ft Rad) it will have a 3 track mainline with 5 80ft sidings in the yard. we will have an open house Oct 7 & 8 bring your trains and run them. anyone is welcome to come and run here anytime they want. must be battery powered.
Think track, Robby… Kinda hard for trains to make that curve with no track on it… hehehe… (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-sealed.gif)
Looks good, got the hard part done…

I’m surprised he even has any track with you around!
Lol… Good point cuz!
Those pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a huge layout.
Nice! Job well done Robby. Glad to see the new shop taking shape and going well. Couldn’t happen to a more deserving guy.
I ordered some 10-Mile ground throws from Robby and he must have sent them via rocket mail, because they were there fast, and I had a very successful 4th because of it. A+ all the way!
Nice looking layout Robby. I talked with you sometime last year and you told me that you were having #6 Aluminum switches made by Polk’s. Did this ever come to pass?
Chuck
no switches. I just used SS switches with my aluminum track.
