Looks like have the drive rods a missing!

From the way the photo is taken, it makes me wonder if the tender has any trucks at all. 
It’s a little tricky due to the color and the way the light is reflected, but they are there.
Don’t see anything out of place there.

When I first looked at the photo, it looked like the side rods were missing on the back drivers. I
didn’t know they were painted black. Or like I said need to use my glasses more.
Shows poor salesmanship on the part of the seller.
