Folks, this week i commissioned my new FORM 4 printer. While certainly not a hobby budget item for most, it was a logical upgrade for me from a FORM 2. here is a small sampling of parts for the plumbing and injectors for the Barnhart loader. if not for the supports they are like injection molded parts.
not the best picture but shows the size difference. i have determined i can just fit 1/2 of a boxcar roof in the build area. they do now make the FORM 4L which is big enough to print an entire boxcar in 1:20 but the system cost is beyond my desired reach… for now. and the speed is beyond belief, at least a third faster.
