Just about the only drawback with the new RCS 2.4 Ghz TX-2s and TX-4s hand-pieces is they do not have servo reversing or servo trim adjustment.
Whilst not all locos will need servo reversing, some will.
Providing servo reversing was easy as I have a servo reversing unit # SIG-REV for A$5 each. That left servo endpoint adjustment as being desirable.
Servo reversing and servo trim adjustment has now been addressed by Deltang R/C with a new DSM2 RX # Rx-102-1. This can adjust 3 channels for servo reversing, servo end point adjustment and servo centering adjustment.
I normally sell regular 2.4 Ghz DSM2-EM RX’s for A$19. The Rx-102-1 will be A$29. They are available now.
Channels # 6 and # 7 can drive LED’s for directional lighting. Internal 180 ohm resistors mean no other resistors need be fitted.
