So I had a pair of Caterpillar 2 Ton crawlers on the bench for a little “light” kitbashing, but then a lightbulb went off, or in my case a small explosion in my head. The following is what it is turning into. Here is the 2 Ton Caterpillar that i’m starting with
an early mockup of it
and a more current mockup of things. I have used a block of wood and 1/2" pvc pipe for the motor, pvc ring for the front guide wheel, and styrene I beam for the frame
