There’s been no new English manual I have seen (at least listed on the web site) since July 2017, and the Consisting (traction) functions have changed.
I see the German manual has been updated as of May 3, 2018 .
In any case I have updated my site with step by step instructions to do consisting with screen shots as 1.23.0050 actually works.
