Neat Layout Discovered/Michigan

Just happned onto this neat layout in Michigan on you tube thought you guy’s would enjoy. I am a bit of a circus, carnival nut and he has several rides shown about 3/4 way through video very neat, interesting and long track layout and very elaborate!! Take a look. The Regal

He’s got more in Railclamps than most in motive pwr! looks like he prolly needs some of those Aristo switch fixers from Train-Li too. Nice, bunch a track, and bunch of work to keep it goin! the big Ferris wheel looks like one of those Lego’esque kits?

nice find!

He has plenty of motive power.
I’d be happy with 1/2 the rolling stock in the opening footage.

Jerry this is what I was trying to describe when replying earlier!

I believe his carnival is all probably Pola, or Piko from the looks of it the newer roller coaster is also from a different maker the name leaves me at the moment but they are available and there is quite a following to build the biggest and best one there is. Whole movement of people who do those. Also a couple three years ago another co. came with a really neat coaster with a real working neon light I believe it is in HO though they are available thru Walthers and others. I’ll do a follow up on the brands when i research em later. The Regal Was at Menard’s today looked at they’re Halloween things, and they have a carousel, a bumper car only with pumpkins, and a octopus, its purple with working arms and cars, all have monsters witches, ghosts for passengers also a haunted house with animation, and simulated lightening which looks realistic. Around $70 bucks apiece maybe a sale on left overs at or after the holiday. I’m kind of a Carnaval and circus enthusiast myself. Like things like that.

Here’s the link to what i believe is the scorpion and the ho Comet i talked about really realistic on the coaster

Fascinating!

I have put it as a fav to view again. I greatly enjoyed watching the video and noticed the lineside entertainment attractions which looked great. I spied my fav loco - an RS3 (WM I think) and found the boxcar/reefer wreck an most interesting addition to the lineside.

A RR to be proud of.

Interesting. I live in Southeastern Michigan and have no clue who’s layout this is. It’s not the largest garden layout like it claims to be either.

Jon.

That railroad is owned by Jim White of Lambertville Michigan. Ralph is right, he has more motive power and rolling stock than most hobby shops.
