Since 2008 I have been putting up an Extreme Animated Christmas Light Display

First year was 96 Controlled circuits and this year will be over 800 controlled circuits.

95% of the display is LED lights. The light count is over 35,000 and power the whole display on two (Yes 2) 20 amp outlets.

Wow!

That’s more than the entire electrical energy needed to light up our mud-hut village here on the river bank…

Well, it WOULD be, if we actually had 'tricity…

I had at one time 200,000 lights and 256 channels with broadcasting system but after that $600 plus power bill and blowing up the power companies transformer I stopped the light show.
