My New Live Steam Platform

I needed a suitable raised section to better run the live steam engines.First I leveled out an area and then built a work platform using stone blocks from Home Depot. The stone work platform holds my engine utensils and beverages of the Busch Light variety.Took me several mornings to accomplish this; too hot to work in the afternoons.

OK Ron, several mornings … but how many Busch Light? That is the question!

BTW good idea with the umbrella … as the steam rises. :stuck_out_tongue:

Nice. I like your taste in live steamers, but not your beer

To each his own.

Now that is a post that tells the story. Great!

Could prolly get the same amount of work done on a six pack of JW DUNDEE Honey Brown…

Its Busch’s fault!

Did I say that out loud?

Anchor Steam Beer might be more appropriate to the task, though.

Great idea Ron. Its nice having something raised like that. I use a bench for mine but I really like your idea. You got me thinking now.

Shawn, Glad I could finally give you some ideas. Hope it stays dry for your get together tomorrow. Regards, Ron
