and broke the antenna. It is the old style Aristo 27 mHz Trackside that I use in a battery car.
Does anyone know of a replacement antenna for the transmitter?

I think Aristo has them, both “telescoping” and “rubber duck”. Give their service department a call.
Radio Shack as well I think?
I found one at Radio Shack. I will call Aristo in the morning, because it is always nice to have a backup, and their price is quite a bit less than the Shack.
Thanks, all.
Steve: I use All Electonics for a lot of my electronic parts and they have a 45" antenna for RC equipment - 45" TELESCOPING RC TX ANTENNA CAT# ANT-50 $2.50 each . Take a look at theres and see if it will work as a replacement. http://www.allelectronics.com/make-a-store/item/ANT-50/45-TELESCOPING-RC-TX-ANTENNA/1.html

Steve, I use the rubber duck antennas and the grandkids even carry them by the antennas. They have proven to be resilient to kids of all ages.
And I had both styles and really didn’t see any range improvement with the telescoping one.

Sadly, Aristo doesn’t list the rubber ducky as being in stock.
Aristo used to replace the telescope antenna for free. I broke 2 in the past and just an email got me replacements.
You could just use a long piece of wire, I did that with the 75 mhz unit when I needed an antenna real fast.
