Large Scale Central

My engine fleet is neat and complete

Ran 3 trains at once today with the T5000. Not happy…when you switch back to an engine that was set running it stops…does not remember it’s speed setting…not good. Don’t think the T9000 did that. Otherwise all else is great. Crazy Blackeyed Susans are still blooming in the RR…in December

Thanks for posting your pics of the black-eyed susans. Get a snowplow out front of them when the white stuff starts and you maybe able to keep running all winter !

doug c

The new bridge looks great as well… Nick

That is a nice looking line up Larry. I really like the high bridge it gives the feeling of drama and it is even better with the other tracks running underneath.
Nice.

No no Doug…I meant real Susans…the flowers

Ok …also got a reply from Al at CVP explaining how to not have the loco stop when switching.

Now I’m really happy

Nice…Like the Pittsburgh Lake Erie Gon…My black eyed susans have their own mind as well!

Great job on that bridge. I love the SW series EMD switcher. Wouldn’t a SW1500 with flexicoil trucks be awesome?

lovely!.. and no worries about tripping over those units at dusk, either… lol!

Fine looking fleet Larry even if they are diesels! I love the cow & calf units. Very nice paint jobs too. The engine types just cry out “lots of switching” which is always fun whatever the power.

coooool!!!

Larry, I just now noticed this that you posted over a month ago. I have a new T5000 and all of it’s functions are the same as the T9000. If you go to Airwire’s website, they have the manuals for both the T9000 and the T5000. You will notice how the T5000 manual is sparse. You can use the T9000 and set it up very much like the 9000. Might give it a try.

Nice railroad ! Love the switchers and bridge. Do you have any videos ?
