My question is in regard to battery powered control systems. I have found out that the RCS system allows you to run multiple locomotives on one train. My question, is it possible to do the same with the Air Wire or other manufatures battery control systems?
Thanks,

Michael.
What do you mean by multiple locomotives?
Will they be joined together and all powered by one ESC and batteries in a trail car?
Or:
Will each locomotive be self contained with their own batteries and ESC?
I am wishing to operate 2 or 3 battery controlled diesels on one train ,each diesel having a separate battery and decoder and can all three units operate together from one controller?
Thanks,
Mike
As you say, you can with RCS.
The locos must perform similarly and the battery voltages must be the same.
AirWire can handle consists. You can even balance the performance of different locomotives. It uses the same process as DCC systems.
