Hi Guys:
A few years ago, I called MTH customer service and tried again today. Exact same result.
I push the required tone button to reach the parts dept and then listen to musac and the message that I am in line to be answered when an agent is available. Then the answering machine option comes along requesting that I leave a message followed by the answering machine reply that it cannot hear me ! I spoke loudly.
Are you kidding me?
No staff to answer the phone at 3PM EST.
What a joke.
Aristo Craft had infinitely better service than that !
LGB customer service was incredible.
No proper customer telephone service and MTH wants folks to buy their product?
I do not get it.
