What’s it good for?
Excellent to find all the info on why the XYZ software from MS won’t install and/or register properly. Just got a reminder: “If you see an error code don’t call tech support, use Live Search instead.”

PS Yep, that was my “once a year” reminder.

I believe I was talking to someone in India who was reading from a script. 
As mentioned, I needed that annual reminder just in case I forgot what “Tech Support” is all about.
Forget India. They are useless. My friend works IT in Prague. He’s good. If I’ve got a problem he always seems to know what’s needed to correct it.
