Large Scale Central

Moving the ore

The first load of silver ore from Wallace left for the smelter at , well, Smelterville on the ER&I.

Using a used mallet purchased from the SVRY.

We caught her at a couple of places on the line.

Don’t know why the engineer was high balling.

Someone can imbed this if you want to.

Thanks, Ken!

How do you do that. In real easy directions. I’ll print it out and past it to the wall next to the computer.

A 23 car ore train! That is a nice revenue run for your RR. That one angle over the sweeping curves leading to the bridge is beautiful. You must have a amazing RR John. Keep up the good work.

I agree - Love the long shot of the trestle.

What Jon said…Took me awhile to figger it out, too.

John, That’s a great video thanks for sharing. Regards ,Ron;)

The LGB Mallet is one of my favorites, are those the LGB ore cars they had put out about 7-8 years ago?

Yep, LGB. I bought them when Ridge Road went out of business. Knowing that they were to be repainted, any road name would do.
The ore is kitty litter glued to the plastic loads.

Tk’s for posting the neat video…

One long ore train…23 cars plus end car… Nice. Great shot going over on the Trestle.

Thanks Jon.

I tried it on the Test Forum and it worked!

Is the ore loading facility done yet?

That train looks great. I only have a short train but mine’s gold ore!

Nothing beats a nice string of ore cores like that.

Really nice, jb.

Wow, beautiful RR!!

Yeah that long shot across teh canyon with the bridge is quite inspiring!

Nice stuff, but it wouldn’t hurt to slow the train down a bit. Unless they use magic coal and heavy water on your line.

HJ, The hogger was reprimanded. Apparently he wasn’t checked out yet for the new (used) articulated.
