Hi all, The plan is to use two of the LGB D4062 cars and retro them into one D4061 - in green and with access platforms on both ends. That means chopping both cars. The leftovers will get converted to a D 4025 type.

The “twins”

One in Red

One in the ACPE livery A review on these items will be coming up, before I start chopping.

Can you post a end view of these cars please ?
It will be intersting to see what you do with these .

I really liked the small building made from 2 .

Hi Dennis, Detailled views will be part of my review. BTW I’ll do as I usually do, start the kitbash and never finish it.   Drives some people to distraction. The proto car for my project looks like this

© Copyright by Maurizio Polier Glad you like the “Tunnel Beizli”, the nifty part is still coming; scratching the interior should be fun.

Dennis,

That’s the very first LS track I ever bought (1999), Code250 weathered NS from ME. Also have one of their #6 turnout kits floating around.
Alas it looks too much like US proto - not what I was looking for on the mini RhB.

Dont feel too bad HJ, I'm absolutly notorius for taking forever to finish projects, I still havent weathered most of my stuff and I still have a pile of unfinished projects. Sometimes I just dont have time to work on things, other time I just loose interest in it, eventually the muse bite my backside and I get back into it and finish it.

What the heck, need to save something for a rainy day right?

Vic,

I hardly ever feel too bad. Usually I consider the source of the harping and carping, then shrug my shoulders and say : So what!
