I found out yesterday that you can get brass rod in 3 foot lengths, by the pound, from wielding shops. I got 32 pieces of 1/16th inch X 36 inches long, Brass rod for $6.18 Thats 96 feet for just over $6.00. I also got a pound of 3/32 inch rod.
Ask for the non flux coated brazing rod, it’s nice and clean and ready to use.
Wish I could find a sorce for brass flat stock like that… heheh
