It may be of interest to several of you that a model train wiki has been started six days ago (19 Feb) http://www.modeltrainwiki.com/
It contains G-scale section which I suppose will grow to cover a majority of large scales and may to some extent duplicate LSC LS-wiki
It seems to me that some cross referencing may, therefore, be useful, even at this early stage. Best wishes from Tokyo, Zubi

Zubi,
I’d say “have at it”; I won’t be.
Whenever a new or old place opens up and uses “G” Scale as part of it’s description; I naturally shy away…usually means that most participants will be out-of-the-box types, or toy train collectors…
I know that it is all part of the hobby of MODEL RAILROADING, but I’m tired of reading questions like: “If I use wire other than LGB wire; will it hurt my trains ?”
Fred,
You were reading my mind!
So, what will happen if I don’t use LGB wire with my trains? Will it somehow hurt them?
In the minds of some; using non LGB wire will somehow polute the electrons and cause loss of value…of the motors…but what do I know, eh !!!
Mind reading is part of my Branchrailroadian training…here in the abbey, we often read minds, while testing holy water…!!!
