It has the flavor of one of the several 2ft gauge outfits up in Maine, such as https://www.mainememory.net/artifact/8638 which has a fancier roof profile but is otherwise quite similar.
As to whether it is replicating a specific company’s specific unit, or has been “generic-ized” I do not know, but it is clearly patterned after the general species.
