I think Shawns is probably the exact size they are looking for, anything these days smaller than your average suburban backyard is considered “small”
I’ve been considering a space out front of the house. We recently cleared off a good share of the "weeds"from an older flower bed. Not sure if I want trains out front much less a full blown layout but we’ll see. I keep eyeing the space and wondering “what if…” Still I’d not get anything photogenic before the deadline was up.
