A friend just sent me this article on Michael Paul Smith and his forced perspecive model photography. No trains (he’s into die cast automobiles). but this is inspirational work!

Thanks for the info here . I like the wireform mesh used for fencing here. I might give that a try .

Very neat. A lot of good ideas in his album. Noticed quite a few train related pics on his Flickr site.

Thanks, Catherine. I’ve seen his work before, but it always just blows me away. He’s a great modeler and quite the visionary. Details, lighting, you name it, he’s got it all together.
