Not too happy about having to work on a holiday weekend, the engineer steers his train out of Delores and heads on up the track to Hesperus.

On arrival in Hesperus he drops the conductor off at the depot for any further instructions and gets ready for the days chores.

F&CC #833 is finally dropped off at the LCL track at Hesperus depot and the engineer and conductor head on over to the saloon to celebrate what’s left of the Memorial Day weekend.

Had a few minor issues with a couple of switches, which was to be expected, but all in all I was pleased with how it went, since it was the first time this year anything has run on the layout.
