Al Kramer (San Val) has a bunch of the MDC G Scale Ore Car Bodies on eBay now. He told me that he bought something like 1300 each MDC items to include the ore car bodies and other parts of Roundhouse/ MDC surplus g scale stock from Horizon who bought Roundhouse and closed the company. San Val goes by Ebay seller “ana.kramer” in Van Nuys CA.
The only problem is that they have no frames to mount the trucks…but you could built some. Might be a good time to consider purchasing some items for future needs/ projects.
