Hey Mike,

Nice looking building and I like the inside ceiling detail for the lights. BTW the beach hasn’t disappeared since I left 19 years ago has it? I like the mountains, lakes, and trees better.

well I’ve told him that it might be a good side business. Yogi Wallace does get quite a bit of credit for inspiration, but do not tell my brother that one.
