There is no part of me that has the patience to try that! Amazing!

Um, probably too late to mention, but I use regular Atlas track nails for similar fastening. The heads are already rounded, so that could save you some time, at least on the next project.

Thanks, they would work, I will have to get some.

Tomorrow I start to put the planking on.

Sewing pins make great rivets, for what ever it’s worth.

I AGREE!
However you look like your already ahead here Mark so you better not skip out on church tomorrow!

Those look just grand. Great job.

Have not spent a lot of time in the shop of late, I know another excuse. It has been cold as in negative temps and our furnace is struggling to keep up, I have had to lower the temperature in the shop to get more heat in the house. Any way here is my progress I have the deck on and the side stakes.

Deck is done and added stakes in the pockets and put some linseed oil on the deck. Done

Mark, are you planning a load for your car?

Yes a steam donkey, you can see it in the last picture I posted. I also posted a build, Steam Donkey in the modeling section. I might even get it done.

Mark,

Just saw your glamor shots. Excellent build. Very cool car and load.

Thanks. I had fun making it, was not that hard once I figured out how I was going to do it. I have started another build a snowplow I will be posting about it soon. Probably make more cars.
