My first bash was from the Bachmann 45 ton diesel. The price was so good I couldn’t resist getting one, even though I had no desire for it.

This one started off as an Annie. The BBT drive was installed. New cab, boiler, and tender were constructed to bring it up to 1:20.

I got a “Stomper” from Jon Radder and created this inspection car. I also made the driver.

This one started as a Bachmann Railtruck and was inspired by the EBT motor car M-3.
I have seen one or two of these pics before but they and the newer ones to me, are well worth seeing again. Lovely craftsmanship by all concerned.

I too am feeling inadequate in this category. I’ve only attempted one build that might qualify as a loco or critter, and it has yet to be completed. It does run, as proven in 2006 on the IPP&W. This is a Stomper powered free-lance model track inspection car…

Hmm. Lets see. Here’s my Connie with mods. Moved the cab back, changed the cylinders. lowered the tender and added hungry boards, air tank, and piping.
