well, i was seriously thinking about upgrading to a paperclip-standard. but when i looked at my manifold solutions, i found a wide range. here some examples:

so i think if i ever standardize, it might be to the “PC-cooler standard”: (when i will have a drillstand someday)

when i asked the population of my little world, the general consent about standards was best represented by the reaction of the guy to the right:

Need to put a chocolate Rice Crispie behind him…

Hah LOL Neato Korm, you should post that one on the “Other” site, 26 pages and counting now!! I just posted after Gary A. said enuff is enuff time to go!! and I agreed. Little Nicky will have to follow and get in his last shot at me!! So Korm NOW would be a good time to come in with your above post over there!!! Hah LOL Regal

Hi Korm… Neat idea on your coupler pin and loop… Like your car dump idea to.
but most of all and wish I could find one like your cowboy and like Bart Salmons said by dropping a choc. rice crispy is the best idea…Love to do that on my layout by our cattle pen. Where did you find him? Noel & Jane

Noel, he is a combination of parts. in the pic below: from some kneeling legs like that at the left i used two left legs. from one kneeling legs like those in the middle i took the behind (had to use a knife, to better pronounce the cleft) i cut away the paddle from one upper body and gave it a hand, that could hold paper. the thrown down trousers are a piece of a hanky and some colour. i got a huge toy collection. mostly cowboys and civil war figures. more or less 1:28 scale. from “Timpo Toys” and “Hauser Elastolin” both manufacturers long gone. so in the long run, i will shrink my LGB stuff to combine with the acessories.

Wow… that a neat idea… Now you got me thinking of some civil war stuff i have … I have lot of legs… hahahaha had to cut them off to make the guys set in the eng cabs. Was going to do some legs out from under auto/cars and if i can find some woman legs … you know what that will look like out of a veh. two legs one way and woman legs the other way and animate the veh. to move back and forth like they are have a little fun in the back set… laf… May have to do a show on that sometime on cutting up people beside just cutting there heads off… huh…That neat stuff, Korm…

“us Ole geezers” always thinking! Things that make ya go HMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!! Hee hee LOL Regal Well we know now what next weeks “live” show and animation will be!! Prolly x rated!! Hah
