We are going to try an experiment myself (Regal) Greg E. and Noel from California are going to hook up “live” on my channel and run some trains live and chat so come on in for a couple of hours and join us on my channel listed below at 5pm or a little later for a couple of hours at 5pm MST on Sunday.
how did it work out? I still have not gotten it worked out on running trains and talking on the computer at the same time. kind of like walking and chewing gum still gives me problems.
Geoff it went great, cept greg e was a no show he must have gotten busy or something. My upgraded equipment is doing the shows almost flawlessly, and the webcam Bob G reccomended is great too for panning and zooming. I was pleasantly surprised I ran a dash 9 with about 7 cars behind it for about an hour with no derailing, no cars coming apart. Scary huh!!! Tomorrow get a 1.5mm allen and hopefully fix the recently restored k allen coming loose on drive shaft have to find the flat spot and tighten get wrench to do it with hopefully after Monday will be out and or should I say up and runnin. Decals from Del in Ft. Collins should be here tomorrow also to replace on it too. Then it’s to digging out the d&rg 7 cars in my cluttered corner to put behind it and run it on outdoor layout and get some video of that. Also Geoff not sure if you know we are switching show to Sat morning at 10-noon my time in a couple of weeks, so that’s 11-1pm your time.
