Had a nice morning run with my Aristo Live Steam Mikado, so decided to try an evening run, as I did with my Zephyr a few days ago. All went well in the morning, so I added the rest of the cars I own for a 15 car train. Evening run went fine and got done just before it got too dark to pick up everything. Did leave the cars out all night. My ignitor no longer works on the Mike, found the bbq lighter right at the bottom of the smokebox/boiler line works well for lighting. Even though it was a fairly warm evening I found I had to keep squirting boiler wtaer back through my line to keep the fuel tank bath warm. YouTUbe video of the night run is here:

That was quite a video. The Mike seemed to be running very smoothly. The yard looks great and the sounds of the consist going by gave a great sound. Thanks for sharing.

Will have it again at Marty’s. Ron Seneck is bringing his Mike, so we plan to try double heading them never done that before! JErry
