I have seen but now I can not locate, Where can the LED light system be found that flashes like welding

Dennis, do a Google search for “led simulated arc welding”. You will get a plethora of results.

I used to have one on my old O gauge modular layout. I’m thinking it was from Ram Track (the link Greg posted). It worked well for many years and we took that layout up and down the state to many train shows.
