A question was asked of me on how I placed the order. Here is my answer -
I contacted the email on their website and told them what I needed. They emailed me within minutes about how to order. I did eventually make a phone call and spoke to “Klaus” and he told me how to place the order. They did not have a facility for a credit card, so I mailed them a check for the amount along with the order form they emailed to me.
