Has anybody heard anything about the LGB Olomana locomotive?
Trainworld was taking advanced orders in the spring, for an expected August release date. All I can find on the LGB site is that its a “new item” and that it is “not yet in stock”.

Greg, I was surfing through my old emails and found the email add from Trainworld, that I received on June 4th about this thing. I was just curious if anyone has heard anything about it, and its possible up and coming release.

Just remember that the motor only drives the rear axle and there is a belt between the axles for powering the front axle. And do not loose the ball bearing at the end of the motor shaft.
This engine is a weak puller and you should never run more than 3 small 2 axle cars as the rear axle gear will strip.
