I have an LGB Forney (Chinese) from a starter set that I installed an LGB 55027 decoder into. I use Easy DCC from CVP products. The engine ran fine until one day it derailed. Nothing appeared broken but since then I get a short out signal if I put it on the track. Any ideas as to what happened or how I can fix it?

Sounds like your decoder driver circuit is bad.

Might contact the MFG for repair.
