Large Scale Central

LGB/Aristo Track For Sale

Greetings all,

I’m getting out of large scale all together and so I’m selling off the track that I’ve been collecting for a railroad that never got built. Some of this is brand new, some of it has been used over the years as I’ve set up temporary layouts around the living room, and some of it has been purchased from outdoor layouts. I’ll sell the lot for 575.00 shipped. I’m also open to breaking the lot up. Let me know what you want and make me an offer. I accept Paypal gift option (or +4% for non-gift option), personal checks, (but I won’t ship until the check clears) or good old fashion Federal Reserve Notes for face to face deals in Orange County, California. You can contact me via e-mail at [email protected] or via cell at 714.225.1862 Here’s what I have:

4 x 11000 Aristo 3’ straight sections

15 x 1060 LGB 2’ straight sections

21 x 1000 LGB 1’ straight sections

26 x 1600 LGB 8’ diameter curved sections

16 x 11600 Aristo 8’ diameter curved sections

2 x 1600 series LGB LH switch

1 x 1600 series LGB RH switch

2 x 1200 series LGB RH switch

2 x 1210 series LGB LH switch

1 x 1300 LGB 30 degree crossing

1 x 1320 LGB 22.5 degree crossing

Sundry miscellaneous small straight sections.

No takers?

I’m not in the market for track but would be interested in any figures/structures/SP equipment/etc. you may have. I’m in the North Tustin area.

Also, I am Vice President of the Orange County Garden Railway Society and if you would like to bring this to the attention of the membership at the meeting or through the newsletter, you are welcome to do so. The August Newsletter is currently in production (probably comes out Monday or so) so you may still be able to get it in there. The meeting is on August 10th in Westminster and it is a very nice garden railroad with hand-laid, Code 250 track on rough sawn ties that runs on DCC with lots of automation. The meetings are potluck affairs, though guests are not expected to bring food, and to beat the heat, the August meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. rather than the usual 1:00 p.m.

We can even auction your stuff to Club Members for a 10% fee (either in bulk or piece-meal), though this typically doesn’t fetch the best price for the seller.

Finally, BridgeMasters supports the Club and Jeff Schulze (the owner) is in regular attendance. They buy up collections, used equipment, etc. and he may be interested in the lot.

Just let me know.

Still available. Open to trade offers + or - cash either way for quality On30 equipment. How about an Accucraft C-16 #268 in either black or in the bumble bee paint scheme?

I’m willing to entertain reasonable offers on the lot and will ship at buyers expense.

Lowered price for the lot and will now entertain offers for individual components.

It did get into the newsletter.

Thanks!
