Howdy folks
My around-the-tree 2320D finally went belly up after Dog-knows-how-many-years of running. It ran fine for a while this year, then slowed for a while (less than 1/2 speed on full throttle) and finally wont move at all any more.
Anyone out there experienced with these that can help me out with dis-assembly and repair?

Have you tried a different transformer?
Most likely the motor, however a stripped gear can make it it go out of quarter and run very slow due to the extra strain on the motor.
If old enough, the ball bearings at the end of the motor shafts need to be removed when installing the new motor.
I have worked on many of these engines and I have these parts, axles and motors all new.
