Aaron,

I uploaded the pdf file for my private car build since it was too big to mail. Let me know if you can get it.

Be prepared. It’s a 25Mb file.

Doc,

Holy %^%$!! What a model! Absolutely beautiful.

Yup, what he said Doc.

But if I put that kind of time and effort into building a car like that, I would be afraid to run it.

Outstanding !!!

Pat

Great inspiration!! Keep em comin!

That looks very familiar. I either followed your build log or saw it at a Drag & Brag. …or both…Very nice!

Thanks guys. I appreciate the compliments.

Ken, Yes, you have seen it before. The construction log was on MLS in the Masterclass Forum a long time ago (maybe 9-10 yrs.).

David, I have run it, but those scale couplers severely limit the track radius I can run on. Someday I may convert to Kadees.

On the RC&G the presidents private car is a bit more modest than those that have been shown.

Hi Don, it is grace has your article in MLS, that I was thrown to me in the construction of my " President Car ", in particular for the inside and the platform. Thank

I gotta build a fleet of these now hahaha love it!! thinking of putting those type trucks under mine if I find a pair reasonable

A project I started last summer. Hope to finish it this summer. LGB coaches as D&RGW business cars B1, B2 and B3.

B7 will be B3, 3083 will be B1…and an LGB 3082 will be B2:

Not a private car, but a kit bash of a Bachmann combine and coach into a diner. It’s got LED lights, Kadee No 1 body mounted couplers, and an interior made from coach seats and scrap polystyrene.

What companies have you found people. There was one company I purchased some people from but I lost the website and cannot find it again. It has people that were not shiny and could be painted with acrylic paint.

Ron, most plastic people can be painted with gray automotive primer in the rattle can, and then painted with whatever paints you choose. I bough a bag of seated people from TranLi 2 ECLSTS shows ago. USA sells seated people too.

Ron,

Take a look at Scale Humans or Supply Line. I’ve used both and I typically use acrylic for my figures. Make sure you wash them in warm soapy water first, it gets rid of any mold release left on the figures.
