I know how to measure a switch for it’s size like a #5. But, is there a standard for the overall length of a #5? Or a length from the frog to the points?

#5 diverges 1 unit for every lenght of run Terry.

I know the diversion math. I’m wondering if there is a formula for the entire length of the switch.
