It’s official - Fred set it up, Bob okay’d the name and Ric and I will make it happen with help from our friends. Format is the same as last year and it will be the Friday Night of the ECLSTS in the Room, at the Holidome. Start time about 6 pm. Tables, chairs and ice provided. Drinks, snacks, examples of your work, good times and entertainment, plus a $5.00 donation needs to be provided by those that attend.

I also heard there was a train show in the area, but attendance of that is optional.

Can anyone provide hotel information so I can look into booking a room?
I have never been to this show or area, so not sure what is close by or a nice place to stay.

There is always a group rate posted on the Aristo forum, but they usually don’t post it until January. If I see it I will gladly pass it on. I think I did read someone posting that the room rates had gone up a couple of dollars. Remember there is a Holiday Inn, and a Holiday Inn express. The one they are talking about is the one on Loucks Road.

Looks like rooms right now are ranging from $116 to $126 per night.

I just mentioned the Large scale train show and they gave me a rate of 85 plus tax a night.

I am booked for thursday and friday night.
