I had no other words that I could use to describe the panels on each side of the boiler. The pictures I’ve seen of the wood fired Dunkirk/Gilberts showed logs piled in those areas. I’ve also seen them on Class A Shays. Please enlighten me with another term and I will faithfully us it. :wink:
