Kudos to LGBoA

Just to let you know that within ten minutes of me posting a crie de coeur on the ‘other forum’ for help with my White Pass loco, Jack Lynch of LGBoA was on my personal e-mail [I wonder where he got that from?] with help and advice.

Can’t get any quicker than that, now can ya?

Thanks, Jack, if you are looking in on THIS site.

…and for the rest of you with any qualms about dealing with LGBoA, cut the guys some slack, eh? It’s been a pretty hard time down there in San Diego for quite a while.

Best to all

Glad to hear you got good service.

Terry,

Let’s hope that “good service” continues.

I have always gotten great service from them.
Last year I sent a loco in for a motor fix and they went over the hole thing and even replaced some missing hand rails and a cow chatcher for me. My hats are off to them.

I’ll also confirm that Jack and LGBofA have done a tremendous job in the customer service area (Bachmann officials take note*!!) I wish them the best!

I’ve had GREAT experiences with Jack and LGBoA, as well.

Welcome, Mr Dopman.

I am new to garden railroads and I still have a lot to learn about it. I absolutely love the LGB products their quality is beyond compare. The introduction of the Sclair Hopper car last year is what got me started in this great hobby. I witinesssed the full size cars being painted at the Sclair site back in the early eighties and thought nothing of it at the time. twentysix years later I’m glad I was a part of it. I hope LGBoA gets the support they need from their new supplier and customers as well. Many of the people I have met in this hobby have highly recommended LGB products because they last. I am looking forward to their new products. Keep up the good work LGBoA and Good Luck.
