Alot of time we talk about “retailers” who miss the mark. I would like to give “kudo’s” to a retailer that was A++++++++ from inquiry, to the final sale, and the delivery. Shout out and a BIG THANK YOU to Robbie at RLD Hobbies. He took the time from the start of the sale to the finish, and with a very competitive price to boot! and delivery was 3 days later at my door. Think he deserves a big “thank you” and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for something in our great hobby. Regal

My dealings with large scale model suppliers in the United States are limited to Aristo-Craft and Robbie at RLD Hobbies. In both cases service and advice has been excellent so much so that I have been more than happy to place repeat orders.
One of the plus factors for RLD is that they sell ‘special runs’ of some locos and freight cars, usually 1:29 scale that fit well with my preferred make.
Just dealt with them today. Quite professional as my dealings before.
