Was the Kalamazoo 4-4-0 loco boiler designed from the DLRR CK Holiday boiler?
Both boilers appear to have the same taper between the wagon top and the main boiler.
The HLW boiler appears to have been later redesigned to appear more prototypical.
Maybe a Kalamazoo 4-4-0 could be upgraded with Bachmann 4-4-0 parts and the HLW CP173 stack to model a DLRR CK Holiday loco?

These CK Holiday images from the CAD program really are amazing. Some folks thought that these images were of an actually model.
