K-27 Counterweights?

I recently (5/2008)purchased a K-27 455. I have been monitoring other Bachmann sites. Can anyone tell me what the counterweight issue is?

Does your K have a tag on the box that says “New Counterweights Installed”?

Might want to look at the packaging.
