It’s supposed to rain this week, so I started looking through my amazingly huge collection of unfinished projects… And realized why many were still unfinished. On some of them, the muse suddenly went silent, but many are simply waiting on me to scrounge up the remaining bits. I probably have a bushel worth of detail bits in various drawers and totes, but they aren’t the RIGHT bits.-- or even something I can remake into them.
If you happen to be housecleaning and don’t want to throw your unused “junk” away. but don’t want to store it either - some of the stuff I could really use is:
One set of Aristo RS-3 pilot steps - the green paperweight just looks funny with them only on one end.
Railing stanchions and a smoke unit fan
A set or two of small diameter metal wheels from a B’mann mine car or similar to finish up the 2-2-0
A small dia or flat style 18v can motor the Delton one I have in it is too big to fit a cover
hook n loop couplers to fit Aristo/Delton trucks
a few sets of power pick up brush holders
a couple loco bells with harps- plastic is fine
a quart of ambition, and some disposable income wouldn’t hurt either. lol
No I am not above accepting charity… but if I have something in that bushel of crap that you can use, that’s cool too.
