Large Scale Central

JohnCaughey build 2017

A thousand words follow …

I need 5 bridges and a half way water tank is always a plus, now I can purpose my metal windmill!

My junk box includes 2 sheets of those close out rough tile stones for the body and the quarry stones are for accents and arches and the vertical walls inside and there is a 20 # box of cement all in my shed … I’m good to go.

Thanks Dave, you’re the best.

John

A stone water tank is always cool

Devon notice the proper napkin design!

Yes I noticed, I don’t know what I was thinking

Paper towels are napkins for the overly messy

But like my flowcharts in programming class. The designes usually stay in my head.

Right you are! It took me a long time to find napkins that look like towels, I’m just so anti fashion set, I guess. (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-embarassed.gif)

I’m already regretting the extra details I’ve implied! (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-surprised.gif)

This is how I wish it could look, (the original narrow one), but from 10’ and squinting … maybe.

Hmmmm wonder if I should hang a CCC sign over the Taylor brick… (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)

Seeing so much ambition is like being at a Devon Convention… so I found an ace up my sleeve, just in case folks live up to their dreaming (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-surprised.gif)

Maybe there will be remnants of the framing used to form the arch…

If I live up to mine, of course. heh heh.

Actually, we have been giving thought that if the gallows were built over a culvert, it could be a simple matter to add the gallows pole and trap door…

2 days of rain and my workshop is exposed on the back deck … a Professional Crastinator’s dream!

I put up work notices and 3 unlikely fellows showed up, they don’t look like much, but when #2 lifted the cap stone above his head, they got the job.

I know, I know it ain’t real without pics …

Send me some sun, I hate paying for idle workers!

I find that once you burn their hair off and paint them white, they make nice rope/cable that stays in whatever shape you bend it…, even a noose. (http://largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-yell.gif)

My guys say they don’t want to be ropes and they much more liked you when you were struggling with puberty (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-laughing.gif)

Sa-Lam!

Maybe…, but I always had to type in superscript back then.

Thanks to the real modelers here I misted my stones into something almost believable! Was too windy for pictures so I guess it was time wasted … (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-frown.gif)

Mebbe I’ll bring them back to life down the road…

Sorry to be a tease, but Dave kinda insists we check in… Hi Dave, just checking in.

Short road;

Edit; 'cause I be sneaky … and needed time while they dried and I arranged them so neatly on an old drawing board. The self stick sand papers deal with the flash as I grab to glue

Ha ha to the new kid … (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)
