I do like that sort of thing! Seems to be a strong puller for it’s size. Don’t know if the grades or head winds would have proved more challenging that day!
Well, given that it has a boiler about half the size of the K-27, in a loco at least a third the size of that beast, I reckon it would have no trouble hauling the average IoM train consist.
