Is it possible to remove the cab from the original Bachmann 4-6-0 Big Haulers? I want to make a wood cab. I don’t see any screws holding the cab to the body.

Yes, of course. From memory, it has screws underneath, and the cab lifts out of a slot in the boiler.

Did you check the Bachmann Parts exploded diagram?

This old pic seems to show 2 tabs at the back of the cab?

Got it! Thanks, I found the exploded view and was able to remove the cab.
